End of Season mixed Doubles Competition. Congratulations to Christine Ainscough and Alan Parkinson of Out Rawcliffe BC on winning the League Doubles competition. Runners up were Tom Hargreaves and Ruth Lowe of Barton BC. Thank you to everyone who entered, came along and supprted, marked and measured. We had an excellent three days with some great bowling. A big thanks to Christine George our President and to everyone at Preesall BC for hosting the event and making everyone so welcome.

Presentation Lunch . Just a quick reminder about tickets for the leagues presentation lunch at Ferraris on Wednesday 23rd October. We;ve around 150 going so far and final numbers need to be with the Hotel by next Friday 4th October. So if any clubs still wish to obtain tickets please contact our treasurer Caroline Wilkinson as soon as possible or you can see her at the doubles finals day on Wednesday.
