Mike Billinge.
It is with great sadness that we inform you of the passing of one of our bowling friends Mike Billinge. Mike moved to Lowther Gdns last year where he played for the Vets C team. Before this, he was a long standing member of Marine Park. Mike had a fall and had to go into Blackpool Hospital but moved to Chorley where he came from and his family live. He passed away in the Hospital on the 23rd December. Our deepest sympathies go to his family.
There is not to be a funeral as was his wish.

The Peter Watson Handicap Trophy Sat/Sun 5th/6th September at East End BC

LSAMBL Chairman.
Brian Swift has sadly stepped down as Chairman of LSAMBL. His selfless support of our bowling community will thankfully still continue. However, there is now a vacancy for the role of Chairman. Nominations welcome.
