    PRESENTATION NIGHT - MONDAY JANUARY 20TH 2025.
    The Presentation Night will occur after the Annual General Meeting at Whittingham Bowling Club. Representatives/Winners must be present from the following teams to receive their or team`s prize(s):- Acregate Labour A, Ashton A, Ashton Nomads, Barton A, Brickhouse B, Broughton A, Cockerham, Crown, Deepdale Ramblers, East End, Elswick A, Empire Salwick, Frenchwood, Fulwood Bowling A, Fulwood Bowling B, Garstang A, Great Eccleston, Inskip A, Longridge Conservative B, Lonsdale, Moor Park C, Out Rawcliffe, Owd Nells Tavern F.T., Owd Nells Tavern T.F., Parkfield Labour, Roebuck, Scorton A, Scorton B, Singleton, St. Bernards, St. Michaels, Victoria, Whitechapel B and Woodplumpton B.     Safeguarding Course.
    Sue Sinclair, Safeguarding Officer for North Lancs and Fylde County Bowling Association, will be holding a safeguarding course on Saturday 1st February 2025, 10:00am to 12:30pm at Cavendish Park Bowling Club, Cavendish Recreation Ground, Holmfield Road, Bispham, FY2 9LN. The course costs 15 pounds for the first person from the club and 8 pounds for the second/extra person(s). Please text Sue on 07515 288102 or email to suesinclair1958@gmail.com to book club members onto the Safeguarding Course. PLEASE NOTE THAT ANYONE ATTENDING THE COURSE WILL NEED TO BRING WITH THEM A FORM OF PHOTO ID, DRIVING LICENCE/PASSPORT AND A COPY OF A UTILITY BILL WITH HOME ADDRESS.

    Proposals at the Annual General Meeting.
    The following 4 proposals are to be voted on at the AGM on Monday January 20th 2025 commencing at 7:30pm at Whittingham Club:-

    1. Change formation of league from 6 divisions of 10 teams to 5 divisions of 12 teams.

    2. Replace League Rule 27 with ;The home club must provide 8 standard jacks;. These standard jacks (which must be in date in accordance with BCGBA Laws) must be used in practice before the match, 4 of these to be used in match.

    3. Add to League Rule 28, if 2 or more players are on the same aggregate, the draw is as the website states.

    4. Cups to be re-instated for the winners of each Division and the Divisional Cup Matches.
